The Current Law

This thread will contain all new laws under Rihanna Zabini:

-Anyone classed as Down-Wing may be killed on sight.

-Those who have gained the title 'Order of Voldemort' may give the order to kill anybody so long as that person doesn't hold the title.

-Anyone suspected to be a member of 'The Phoenix Rebellion' shall be put into Azkaban.

-All full-blooded children from the ages of 5 upwards will be expected to attend either Home Tutoring (conditionally) or one of the Junior Death Eater Academies placed around the country.

-The act of intimacy with muggles is strictly forbidden and could be punishable by death.

-Any transactions with wizards of other countries are forbidden.

-It is now illegal to set free an elf.

- Anyone who is associated or has communication with leaders of the Rebellion will be tortured for answered and then subjected to the Dementor's Kiss.

- Anyone who is found to be hiding a criminal or a member of the Rebellion will be imprisoned in Azkaban, along with all members of that household.

- All Muggle-Borns should not be informed of their powers and if they use their powers in the muggle world, they shall be sent to Azkaban.

- Any Muggle-Borns found to be in hiding will be subjected to the Dementor's Kiss.

There are some laws which are still being decided on and will be published at a later date.
